★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This past month I feel like I’ve visited PHC every day. I bought a dirtbike, broke my snow bike, bought a new snowbike kit, special ordered a bunch of parts etc. I feel like the only thing I haven’t done here (yet) is buy a new chainsaw, or snowblower etc. This shop and the staff are so on point...from the service department to the sales department and everyone in between, everyone is dialed. Don’t waste your time ordering parts or gear online...my special orders arrived in like 2 business days & the pricing is as good or better than anything you’ll find online...plus when your bike breaks down these guys will have your back! Thanks for everything guys, keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glen & Nicole along with their team at Penticton Honda are fantastic to work with! I have purchased many pieces of equipment and the sales team know the equipment they sell. The experienced service technicians have worked on all 4 of my motorbikes and done everything from major motor repair to general service. When I had an issue waiting for parts they were honest when things didn't go as planned and were fair when it came time to to work through the issue. When it is spring, their service team will be busy like any other shop. Take their recommendations pre-season when they suggest ways to avoid the service rush. There is decades of experience behind the counters and I always enjoy talking with anyone in the PHC team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place. I purchased a Polaris Ranger from here and received excellent service. Harrison helped me make a very well informed purchase and found me the right machine for what I needed. They even helped me learn how to drive it on my property which has difficult terrain to say the least. If I ever need another machine I’ll definitely be hitting up this place again. Thanks Harrison!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, professional location. Bought my first chainsaw from them, and even though the store was packed, Glen took time to walk me through a lot of things he didn't have to. Right there I became a loyal customer. I was chatting with the other people waiting to be looked after, and all of them had positive things to say about the staff and service, which was why they didn't seem to mind waiting. It's so refreshing to see a company that understands that customers are what makes a place a success. Too many places think that customers are an inconvenience, and while they're not wrong, you still have to cater to those that bring in the money, even if they're idiots! Top top ratings for this place, over and above and I will be shopping there again. Can't say enough nice things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer since 1995 and have always been treated with respect and had everyone go the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. Our family business is landscaping, and they usually have most everything we ever need on hand. That's the main reason we shop there almost exclusively, they have lot's of parts on hand. We have 4 dirtbikes that aren't Hondas but choose to buy 98% of parts from penticton honda center because of the service... Thanks Nicole and Glen!! And everyone on staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed that the big generator I was picking up for my landlords had NOT been properly repaired!? The emergency pull starter cord wasn't fixed & the generator still intermittently dies. As an arthritic senior presently depending on the generator for power, I am less than impressed.?
