★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Recent 7 day snowmobiling trip came to an abrupt hault due to a jackshaft bearing failure (a strange situation on a 3000 mile sled).
This on our only sled trip this season.
This shop was the only one within driving distance of the failure for the warranty work ($200 to get it too the dealership).
They were too busy to even have a quick look (clutch was off, as where the panels)
Wouldn't help to fix, overloaded with current in progress repairs.
I feel an hour at most could have fixed the sled
If it weren't for the fact they actually had the bearing in stock I would have given a 1 star.
I would have gladly rented a sled or purchase a new one, just to continue the trip.
Sadly they have the "you didn't buy it here, you're not my custmer so your problems are not my problems"
That said
I have no problem paying extra for special services especially when
6.5 hours from the truck.
Hate to say it, they seam to have forgotten they are in the SERVICE industry, sometimes you need to put every effort forward.
Regardless of current issues.
Other dealers have for us in the past
When bad things happened on the trails.
They have been rewarded in praise as well as monetarily."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my wife to see the FXR suits. Was impressed with the selection and the price. We bought 2 complete suits. Had to order special pants for my wife , but no problem. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so i purchased a boat from here recently and the sales person that i dealt with was awsome and thats pretty much it everything else from here has been a nightmare. purchased a trolling motor with my boat they installed it to only put electrical tape around were he sliced into it to put the connectors, was told "well thats why they call it electrical tape " like that will last in the rain right then had a bad ground and a shorted out wire in the trailer that i had to get fixed and the best part about the whole experince , is that they bolted a 125$ fish finder transducer into a 30k boat transum instead of putting a 50$ teflon mounting plate to bolt into and didnt even put it into the correct spot, placed it to close to the motor. The whole experience i had with the owner was lies and getting told im not a boat guy well if your not a boat guy mabe u shouldn't sell boats or get someone who knows what there doing

Devon went over and above and even came in on her day off so I could pick up my new ride. I have been dealing with Devon since March for snow check and she has been there for every question since then. So a big thank you Devon and jones for there excellent service while dealing with my new purchase. Highly recommend jones power sports
