K	Katie R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family rented a cabin to stay for one night - we were unable to attend due to illness. We tried calling the owners to advise 48 hours in advance that we could not attend and to complete a cancellation of the reservation. We were unable to ahold of anyone every time we called so we left a voicemail, detailing the situation and with a call back number if there were any issues/concerns. We never received a call back and assumed the cancellation went through successfully. Unfortunately we were charged and when we called to rectify the situation and we were told by the owners that they cannot keep up with their voicemails or e-mails so they did not put through the cancellation as requested, despite it being done so as per policy. We were told there is nothing they can do, there was no apology for the lack of organization on their end and are stuck with a bill for a holiday we could not attend. If you ever need to make a cancellation, please ensure you keep calling until you get someone on the phone, otherwise the owners will be more than happy to charge you and offer no apology for their poor daily management/operations.
G	Grey Andreason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect if you are looking for a friendly, (mostly) quiet space with a cottage feel while still being close to ammeneties and the hospital. Stayed in the motel. It felt incredibly private, had an adorable kitchenette that had dishes, clean, comfy beds, accessible, parking spots, nice social area, owners were awesome and pet friendly. Only cons are is it gets quite cold so I'd reccomend bringing some warm pajamas and the highway is nearby so it can be a little noisy but not disruptive in any way. :)
T	Teri Blakely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY HERE! We thought Parkway Motel in Wawa was the only great place to stay then we found High Falls Cabins & Motel and fell in love. Super cute, clean and warm (temp was 3° outside) And a huge plus was they are pet friendly ? We were arriving late so the owner left lights on for us and the door unlocked so we could pull in and unload without having to physically check-in. Receipt and check-in form were left on the night stand (we called ahead to make sure there was availability and paid over the phone) My husband and I are both very happy with this choice and will definitely return! Thanks to the owners for the great customer service and accommodations ? * We stayed in room 7 *
K	Kim Widger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the cabin itself was absolutely lovely and the best place we stayed out of 5 different places in 2 provinces, we left behind a stuffed animal that has a significant sentimental value. We emailed within 12 hours of leaving (got no response) and called the next day, but have been told it was thrown out. I recognize it was our fault for leaving it behind - but just so disappointed that there is no lost and found where things might be kept for a few days. Additional efforts to find/recover this special item would have been appreciated.

A	Alena Sukhina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a cabin #1, Gregory and his wife that run the place were such great hosts to us! The cabin had a large king bed, kitchen, bathroom, and heating & AC. There was a natural fire place in our cabin and Greg was kind enough to provide us with some firewood for it. We really enjoyed our evenings next to the fireplace! Everything was clean, cute and unique. This place is very well taken care of, would definitely stay again in the future! The property is beautiful, and you can see bunnies, and hummingbirds throughout the day! ?

We stayed in the cottages the first two times, and they were perfect for our needs. This time we were only able to book the motel rooms. To our great surprise, they were very similar to the cabins, just smaller, and still accommodated our needs quite well. Both cabins and motel rooms are very, very clean. There is a fridge and kitchenette in all of them. The owners provide beautiful snow white towels and go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable. On this last trip they noticed our group eating together at the picnic table near our rooms. So they put a nice table cloth on it while we were out, to make it more inviting. A small but very sweet gesture. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in the Wawa area. We will definitely come back.
