Once again the Annual Blueberry Fall Festival will be held on September 13th – 15th, 2019 at the Michipicoten Memorial Community Centre. Come and enjoy the Artisan’s Market.
There is something for everyone with games and activities for children, BBQ, farmers market, artisans, contests and more!
Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions – this event has been postponed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motel looks convenient for motorcycles and that’s the only good thing about it. Expensive to stay. Definitely not high in the customer service. Wanted a late checkout … an hour actually … would have been charged another night! Booked the room originally 2 days prior, realized the weather was not looking good for a ride, called to cancel knowing there would be a fee… would have had to pay the full room price to cancel. Horrible experience from start to finish. Would never recommend and will never spend a dime here or the restaurant again. Definitely not motorcycle friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed in both the newer part of the hotel and the historic log section that is down the hill. We very much enjoyed both places as they are comfortable clean and quiet. Everything worked very well and the laundry room was good. The staff was nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. Very disappointing that the restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday. We travelled by snowmobile from Searchmont and were planning to eat there after a very long day. We chose this hotel specifically because it had a restaurant attached. Was very disappointing to have to find and order in food. I would think in peak winter season, they would cater to sledders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay in log cabins. Very well kept and extremely clean. Coffee Maker, fridge and microwave in rooms. Very friendly staff at front desk. Couldn’t ask for better. Will definitely be back.
