She got yelled at for not sorting our recycling and the person start being aggressive and angry. I dont care who you are! You are not supposed to yell at the customer. God as my witness you do that again you wont be working there anymore. You have been warned. I wanted to come in person and asked who did this but if i did it would break out in a fight. Just ask yourself that one question what if that was my gf mom or family. Pretty sure you wont tolerate it either. People make mistakes be nice to them and ask them to sort it next time or yoy ask them to sort it as you go. Pretty upset. Took alot of self restraint not to come down there. Please treat people how you want to be treated.
J	Jazzy Fizzlle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever at Cold Lake bottle depot, first the bottle sorter was extra rude because i accidently put my bottles on the wrong table, and then i told the boss (assuming he was the boss because he wasnt doing much except yelling at the bottle sorters) and we got into an argument and he reached over the counter and grabbed me by my shirt and tried to pull me! Foreigners may be allowed to treat women like that in their country, but not Canada. ???
T	Taylor Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was busier than I expected. We brought in over 2000 empties and the gentleman who helped me was extremely nice and worked quickly. I think his name was Tariq! However, the owner (I'm assuming) was walking around with no mask and barking at this poor woman who did nothing wrong. He said she was leaving trash at the sink when she washed her hands - which was there before I even went in - and that she was leaving behind trash bags that were also there before her. I felt so bad for this woman. I heard him do it a few more times to some other people while I was going in and out to my truck. A few years ago, I went in and I was the person getting shouted at by this awful owner. I don't like going in to the depot because of it. They encourage people to recycle, but then expect you to tolerate the abhorrent customer service.
