S	Sardar Ira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry for what I wrote as review before , as I am not professional digital currency user , after long time when I went back , they asked me to go security process , to confirm my ID , as in our age ( i am 65 ) its very hard to go to those software , applications , ........ , I had hard time to configure those steps , but I appreciate their help , they stayed with me , and finally I found , with their continues help , it's very easy to do withdrawal . again thanks all team

Have issues at almost every log in.. took weeks to resolve purchase issues (no number to call and barely anyone responses your emails).. worst part was that it took few months to finally be able to transfer funds to personal wallet.. Coinsquare simply does not let you transfer funds out.. very frustrating..
D	Darrell Nash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. I had my account restricted 7 months ago while trying to remove my coins to a cold wallet. After receiving a email saying my account wasn’t restricted for anything I did but because of a internal issue my account wasn’t unrestricted. 7 months later and I still have no access no my account after dozens and dozens of emails. I get the same copy and paste message and ZERO help. Absolutely disgusting by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve now consulted a lawyer and filed a complaint with the Ontario Securities Commission. Anyone else having trouble with Coinsquare should file a complaint with them as well they have a entire crypto enforcement branch and they were very helpful.

All they say is to send an email to the coinsquare support team and they will get back to you later, when you need help right away. How unbelievably.

Coinsquare just froze my account and never ever tried to help me with anything . They operating remotely and you cant get in touch with them because they are ignoring you. Hopefully SEC Ontario will step up and do something before more people got burned

The site is laid out well from a UX perspective and I have always received helpful and quick service when having a problem. To be clear, any problems I have had have been my own fault - I have never experienced a glitch in the system. Very happy customer here.
