P	Pershia N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best bubble tea place in the area. The taro is delicious, the pearl milk tea is one of my favourites and their other drinks are also really good! Service is fast, the workers are patient, and you are always greeted with a smile and friendly hellos.

N	Nik C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars because the drinks are delicious but the woman who took our order was SO RUDE! Picture this: We are the only 2 customers in the store. My friend told the cashier that it was her first time at Cocos (my third time). We asked the woman at the register a couple of basic questions and she kept correcting us and saying things like "if that drink came in 30% sweet I would have asked you what sweetness you wanted. Obviously I didn't ask you". And when I asked for a milk tea with tapioca in it, she CORRECTED me and said "It already comes with tapioca so you don't need to tell me that". Cocos is a drink store, not an elitist membership club. That woman should not be interacting with customers.
X	XuanMy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm glad Coco opened another location in Hamilton. This location feels more like a Cafe like it's supposed to be compared to their other location. It feels more welcoming! I can't wait until they open for in-store dining so I can study here. Their service is fast and their staff is soon friendly. I can always rely on this location to let me leave feeling satisfied. They have been running out of toppings lately and they kindly explain why rather than just telling me "we don't have that". Their drinks are delicious too! Try their Mango Green Tea! ?? I can't wait until they open their kitchen for food too!

Bubble tea is reasonably priced and they always have ongoing promotions for certain drinks that are quite good. So far have not been disappointed with any drinks I’ve gotten here, I love the Bubble Gaga, mango/peach green tea, jasmine milk tea, and yakult series!
