β β β β β Store owner is really nice. Fruit teas aren't too sweet and you can really taste the tea flavor. Look at the store hours, it may seem closed at times but you can call and she'll let you in!

β β β β β If you guys are too busy to prepare for take out apps, remove your restaurant from it. I got my order cancelled before, and it just got cancelled again. Waste of my time.

β β β β β This place is a hidden gem. The service is so friendly, really outstanding. The food, WOW, WOW, WOW--the cheesecake is made fresh, scone and sandwiches so good.....And the tea is really good. Do yourself a favour and go.
