We tried the regular croissant and they are dry and certainly not flaky; more like you're eating bread. Very disapointing

I love the taste of the Baps and other types of dinner rolls, but what keeps disappointing me is that 99% of the time I notice very dark areas at the bottom of the buns? To be honest, it looks like dirt; therefore, this has completely turned me off from wanting to purchase them again. I surely hope the owner of this Franchise can address this concern.
P	Paul Ferreira Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to the mall to do deposits at the bank there and I'm curious as to why this business is ALWAYS busy with a lineup. Today, I found out why. I was greeted by an employee named Jocelyn who told me about the business, the history of the business, and how their product sets them apart from their competition. She gave me some samples to take home to try with my family and made some suggestions as to what to bring back to the office. I walked in to try 1 pastry, I ended up buying one of every pastry they sell. The pastries and bread are amazing, but what I learned is that it's the employees that set this business apart. Kudos to you Jocelyn. You were amazing. I'll be back.
S	Susan Rough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our local bakery where we got our bread closed and I decided to try Cobs. We are so impressed. So many different types of bread and they are all fantastic. The fiber enriched white is a huge hit and I love the sunflower flax bread. Super easy online ordering and the staff are incredible. Also great service and I highly recommend.
