I'm sorry to be harsh to this business, but this cafe was not worth the cost! I could have bought 2 pounds of pastries and more from them for the cost I was charged for 2 small tea pots and 5 individual pastries! ? It's a poor business plan and management to the max. I was never provided a bill, but I hope the older lady, perhaps the owner, who was in charge of the cash register, pass the tip to the younger kind girl who served us!

And I was so amaze after watching their pastries icecreams cakes Swiss rolls so I had to give a try to everything as every single piece was looking so good so I tried almost everything from the counter along with masala tea veg sandwich and waffle I must say their hospitality presentation and the taste of everything was beyond expectations it was soooo good I hope I could go there daily ❤️

I pre-scheduled a cake to be picked up on July 15th @ 4pm (please don’t comment asking me what date/and time, how about you read this). There was a tornado warning so I called asking if I could pick it up an hour earlier. I called, explained the situation, and the server asked me what kind of cake I’d like. So I had to repeat myself again saying that I PLACED AN ORDER ALREADY and they asked me what size I wanted… by the 3rd time I explained, they started introducing to me what types of cakes they have. After the last time I tried they asked me for my number – I though that’s for searching up my order in the system, and they just hung up on me LOL. O M G can you please pay some attention to what I was saying? Then I tried calling a different number and the boss told me they never received my order through Ritual… you ain’t telling me none of that when I have the confirmation sitting in my email. So I had to go in and they told me they’ve never used the pre-schedule feature, it’s always been on the day of, which was where the confusion came from. And the server’s English wasn’t the greatest, and I “should” understand. Yes, I do, but not when that’s the only person in your store, unless you really don’t care about your business. And in the end the owner wanted to wrap up the conversation so bad that she interrupted and yelled at me saying “HAVE A NICE DAY”, basically asking me to leave. Worse customer service, worse shopping experience ever. Never coming back, and I strongly recommend whoever’s reading this to do the same.
