★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair done here to get prepped for a special event. The staff are amazing, they are so welcoming, polite and professional. They always offer tea or coffee - and actually have an awesome selection of teas and good coffee. Jenna was my stylist and she did an amazing job! I wasnt 100% sure what I wanted, and she was really open to discussing my options and even did some mock-ups so I could get a sense of the styles. The look we chose turned out amazing and was exactly what I had hoped for! Could not have been happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hannah did such an amazing job on my hair cut and styling! The atmosphere of the salon and friendliness of the staff goes beyond expectations! They welcome you in by taking your coat and offering you a complementary beverage which was so nice. ? I'll be going back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t been to a salon in years and when I walked in the door, Amanda immediately greeted me and politely let me know my stylist would be with me shortly. When Shelby was ready, she came up to meet me & brought me down to her styling station. She was so kind, communicative, and reassuring the entire time we spent fixing my hair! I would definitely recommend her to friends & will likely be going to see her again the next time I need a trim. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Faith today for a cut and scalp treatment. I got a long inverted bob cut, cutting about 4-6 inches off and I love it! Faith did a great job and it is the first cut in a very long time that I’ve loved! Reception was very welcoming, taking my jacket and offering a drink. Faith also gave advice to help me choose a styling product. I have found a new stylist and salon and will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit to the COBIA salon was a pleasant one. I liked how the staff greeted me; everyone there is so humble and sweet. This was my first time getting my hair cut in Kamloops, and I think I've found a place where I'll go to get my hair done every time. My appointment was with Jen, a lovely lady who is an expert in her field. I love my new look because of her❤️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my five year old daughter to the Kamloops location for a haircut and we loved it! The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and went the extra mile to make my playing-shy daughter comfortable. Roland was our stylist and he nailed the cut we were after, and curled her hair after so she felt like a princess. Super great experience, we will definitely be back!

I have been to few other leading hair salons before, and always ended up with a disappointing hair style.
It was very easy with Hannah, I showed her couple pictures and told her what I had in mind, and she easily understood. I didn’t have to go through the trouble of explaining or anything.
Looks like I finally found my hair salon :)
