I went to Brianna today and she was so gentle and very professional and I cannot stop looking in the mirror! She was very knowledgeable and super sweet! Would recommend and I willllll be back! She was quick and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and even upped my parking meter for me mid appointment!

I absolutely love this place! I have gotten lash lift and tints done as well as a small tattoo on my hand, having had at least one of these services done elsewhere; there are things that at I look for in the places that I choose. Top of my list is cleanliness- the studio is very clean without looking or smelling like a hospital, which I find makes me less anxious. All sterilization protocols and covid protocols have been followed while I have visited which also ease my anxiety. Second on my list is knowledge. Jen is extremely knowledgeable and answers any and all questions you have about the services and how it is done clearly so you are able to go into the service well educated. Jen also makes sure to ask important questions not just about allergies and such, but of preferences as well which again just makes you feel like you are in safe hands. The third thing on my list is environment and how do I feel around the person providing the service. The atmosphere is boho chic and very comfortable and Jen very professional with a easygoing and friendly disposition that makes you feel like you are just hanging out with one of the girls. I never feel bad about asking too many questions or feel like I can’t ask for doable changes or add-ons. The last thing on my list is how happy I am with the result. I am always excited to go to the studio and happier, more relaxed and like my cup is just a little fuller when I leave the studio. This place is an absolute gem! I can’t wait to use a gift certificate and try out the other services, I’m sure I’ll rave about them too! 10/10 100% recommend!

I had the pleasure of being certified in lash lifting and tinting by Jen. Her studio is great - the perfect combination of fun and relaxing! Such a nice space to learn. She was so warm and welcoming. Any questions I had she was more than happy to answer and always made sure to make me feel comfortable. I could not reccomend her more!

I have been getting my lashes done for a few months now, and have not had much luck finding a reliable tech who can give me exactly the volume I want. Then I met Brianna! She was so professional, knowledgeable, and even set the heat and humidity in her room to ensure the glue bonded properly. She adds lavender oil on her towel so your more relaxed, and her table is nice and soft and comfortable. I got full voluminous lashes, probably the best set I've ever gotten to be honest! I highly recommend this business and especially Bri! Thanks for making me look and feel beautiful ?

I started going to Jen over a year now for eyelash tinting and perming after I had a bad experience elsewhere. While I live in Kamloops, I will continue to see Jen for these services, additionally eyebrow tinting and wax, on a regular basis. Not only does she do an exceptional job at the services, but she is flexible and accommodating to my schedule, and she is very warm and welcoming! Recently, my little one was not happy during an appointment, but not once did Jen make me feel bad for her crying and just went with it. The studio always appears to be clean. I have nothing but good things to say about Jen and the studio. I would definitely recommend!

Brianna did a fabulous job on my lash extensions. She is very accommodating whether it comes to scheduling, desired look of my lashes or in studio comfort. She explains the process as she is applying lashes and is happy to answer questions throughout. Best studio in Kamloops if you are looking for some beautiful, comfy, wake up ready to go lashes.
