★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment, which I had to wait weeks for. I am in pain, and I am suffering. I knew my appointment was coming up, so I had to go through my paperwork, I found it and found out my appointment was today at 9:15am. I phoned in, the receptionist said yes my appointment was today, and she said will you make it, I said I would be late, as I was too far away, I asked her why she didn't phone me? she said she had 40 people and she couldn't phone them all. I said I would find somewhere else. So, she is too lazy to phone to make sure that we know about our appointments. Now, I had to miss my appointment, and I have to suffer. This is not right. Now, I have to look somewhere else. I don't recommend this company. Rick has to have a blank slot because the receptionist was too lazy to phone people, this is not right!!!! Thanks receptionist!!!! I appreciate you caring and reminding me, as I am on pain killers and trying to function.
Sorry Rick, you need to get a new receptionist, one that is not lazy!!!
I would have been there Rick, as I am in so much pain!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had 1 visit so far and Dr Carter was friendly and thorough. Giving me some excercises for my Shoulder to be done in stages and a return appointment this week coming. I'm doing what he said and noticing an improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt had a good experience, no therapy heat or massage what so ever administered. Only recommend a few lazy stretches still had pain for weeks. Maybe I visited in C-19 that’s an excuse because for that much “therapy“ it shouldn’t be open at all then.
