She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I can also recommend her nutrition coaching services. I have been a client for the past year and have seen tremendous results. 10/10 would recommend!

My shoulder is about 85% healed and I know I am well on my way to 100% thanks to the strengthening and range of motion exercises provided by Carlee. When you get injured you're dependant upon the help of professionals to help you.
