I’ve had two recent dealings here. This is a good place. Help came fast, the staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient at what they do. Two thumbs up.

A Line up of 25 people to get service at 10:30 am? As a front line worker who serves the community- yes I have adapted work protocols and practices. BUT shortening your hours open is NOT serving your clients. Hire, train and get back to regular hours! You have protocols and plexiglass to protect your staff. Get with the times adapt. You have Protection. You are obviously not here to serve the needs of your clients. IF there was anyway to do this online or at machine I would have done so. I walked away thinking a different Coast Capital location would be better. WOW I was wrong. Same at another location. Shortening hours open DO NOT help your clients.

I have never had a negative experience with this branch and I have been with the branch since 2007. They are charitable and kind. Why do people come on reviews to solve a problem. Its a review. First try to find a solution and see how that goes, then write an honest review, also, try to smile when you deal with people, interaction is a two way street. Attitude is everything. Also, don't say bad things about a great place.

Hello, This is an absolute trash branch. Seriously considering suing. Bank manager called cops for trespassing a public place. Horrible management, incompetent employees. Mrs and Mr million excuses bank.

Me and my husband went to this location to open our accounts. We have been having trouble with our bank being locked for no reason, can't send or accept e-transfer, pin problem (never told us to set up our pin until we found out), etc. The person who opened for us didn't even do her job properly and screwed up our accounts, her co-worker messed up our appointment with her and she blamed on us. We called services and went back to this place several times to get help but never seem to work it out. They fixed it and as soon as we try again we got the same issues. We both sick and tired of having to travel back and forth to get our problem fix every other day. Highly not recommend ?

Just went to conduct a simple transaction, and in actuality just pay off a bill. Presented my Coast Capital Card and Driver's Licence. I was asked to show my face, white woman in front of me was not asked why.

Just called in to ask if they could send me a viod check..she says just download it off online.. U could tell she didnt like her job. Your team is going down hill..

Abysmal customer service and poor maintenance. Avoid this location if you have any choice. My wife and I went in to withdraw money and their ATM seas broken for everyone making withdrawals, didn’t work for the guy before us or after us or us. Makes all the right noises and then sits for over a minute at the point it should spit out money and then declines the transaction, no reason given. We went to wait in line in the bank to inform them and get the money out, this was far worse. In 30 minutes only one teller saw one person and then spent 5+ minutes finalizing afterward and never saw another person, the only other teller ran around checking on their till doing something to account for transactions I suppose and then while their is a line of 10 people waiting goes on break. At this I left, 30+ minutes wasted in the line alone one person helped with 4 staff on floor. If there wasn’t a job shortage I would suggest to layoff all of them especially the branch or shift manager that allows this level of poor customer service to happen. In this economy however I would move all staff to better higher rated branches/locations so they learn what customer service is and what the word prioritization means and the management should be given the choice to come back at a lower position or quit so they can be replaced with client centric and service focused supervisors. Unless you see this happen avoid this once decent location, until it closes from poor performance.
