β β β β β I would not recommend coast capital to anyone. I have been with the bank for 5 years now and they still hold my cheques over a 1000 dollars. I feel like I been mistreated and that's why I am leaving this awful bank.

β β β β β I went into the Clayton Heights branch (April 19) for the first time in almost 3 years. Had to go in person to pay a bill I couldn't online. First of all the was only one person working there and I waited 15 mins for my turn just to deal with the most horrible staff member, Natalie, and was absolutely terrible.
She has zero customer service skills, is rude, condescending, and repeatedly put words into my mouth by assuming what I meant or was trying to say. I canβt believe she still has a job. Everything about this woman from her appearance to her demeanour screams unprofessional!
I left there in a state of utter shock. Needless to say I spoke to the assistant manager Maureen and I hope she will deal with this.
Update: Maureen was supposed to βlook into the situationβ and get back to me within a few days, Iβm still waiting to hear from herβ¦,I guess I know now why the staff are the way they are.
