B	Bob Wickett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased an LG refrigerator from Daniel Boundy. Top notch no pressure sales in the showroom at the time of purchase. Excellent service throughout. On the scheduled day of delivery there was an issue that resulted in the delivery of our item to be later in the day. Daniel made sure we were taken care and even a follow up phone call to ensure we received our refrigerator. The delivery company that Coast Appliances uses made sure our refrigerator was delivered on the day promised. The warehouse manager communicated with us and provided updates with a promised delivery time. The delivery crew were excellent. Our home has stairs providing an extra challenge and the delivery crew made it work. True professionals in their line of work. Thank you Coast Appliances. I will recommend to everyone.

When we opened the box of a new Samsung microwave it was damaged in one corner. The casing was badly bent even though the box it came in was undamaged. We expected Coast would replace it at no charge, but they refused as we had had it for four months and had only just opened the box when we were ready to fit it into our new kitchen. As we cannot trust them to replace damaged appliances we will not shop there again.

They had no problem charging me for a delivery reschedule but when only half my appliances showed up and I had to reschedule no compensation. I also sent an email when I noticed my fridge went on sale, it went unanswered, but when I asked about an upgrade, instant response. There are lots of other companies you should check out.

We followed up with Pat from the Victoria store and he was able to draw up an invoice quickly and were able to get an oven very quickly even with the highway closures. Great service by Pat!

After making several calls from a remote location, Coast was the only place that had anything in stock that fit our needs. The salesman was very helpful and delivery was quick and easy. Their invoicing system and ability to pay online was wonderful and very helpful as a remote purchase. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Coast for your appliance needs.
