★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a quote quote on insurance three cars in a house & found it extremely high. The lady said there was a claim on the policy which I questioned. Basically she said it is what it is, & that's what I had to pay, so I went to a different co-operators office the next day got a quote . He did the same thing on the computer then ask me questions and I explained what happened that agent made a phone call and looked into it .10 minutes later I had a quote for over $1,800 less. it's amazing when somebody decides to give you service and actually does the job ,not just stare at the computer and actually listens to you .
Guess where I got insurance And i It Wasn't Here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin Baldwin saved the day for us. Between my computer not working properly and my printer being down we were unable to obtain travel insurance online so we thought we'd try going straight into the agency. As with most places their travel insurance is through another co. so he was unable to write up the policy for us but he did arrange a solution allowing me to use his phone to arrange the policy and then had it sent to his email so he could print it off for us. We were leaving the next day and were at our wits end and we are so thankful to Kevin for going above and beyond!
