It only seems fair that with the outstanding service we have received from Mac vanderhout insurance over the past several years it needs to be reported. This broker is always available, always on the end of a phone line, or email. We rarely ever need them except for vehicle changes or additions. Always there to deal with this promptly efficiently and cost-effectively. We always feel comfortable dealing with them and have never had a hassle.
Thank you so much for your help recently. You truly do have the best customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mac Vanderhout is amazing! We worked with Mary Jane and she was absolutely fantastic through the entire process. She was very helpful and explained all the details with us and was up front with all the questions and costs of our home insurance. She was quick with responding to questions/concerns that we had and was quick with getting everything set up for us (even though it was fairly short notice to get everything in order for our house closing). Would recommend to everyone I know for insurance! She also sent us a nice thank you letter to our new home which was a nice surprise. I hope to work with Mary Jane and Mac Vanderhout again in the near future!

Dennis explains the reasons and procedures clearly, which is something I value.
I've needed to change and amend my policy to add additional parties for liability almost always last minute ( sorry dennis) Dennis
is patient and professional as I ask a thousand questions to which he has the answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our rep, Simela, always has the answers and finds things to add or take away from our policies, which creates confidence in what she is doing, which is way more then what we know! She will either answer the phone (I guess if she is at her desk) or calls back within 10 -30 minutes, we have never had to worry about if she is going to call back, which as also re-assuring.
