I’ve been dealing with Steve from Wardell for over 4 Years now. Fantastic customer service, very competitive prices and always willing to help explain things so you feel comfortable. It’s great knowing you have someone to call if you have any questions, concerns or claims.

Have been a customer since I started driving. Steve Pinnington has been my grandmas insurance agent for years and is now mine as well. He is knowledgeable and extremely patient. Jackie Guy who works in administration is also extremely knowledgable, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I just called the number. I was told to press 1 for auto insurance. I spoke with Silvia or Sylvia. I told her that I saw the reviews online and decided to give them a call and ask for an auto insurance quote. In reply she said: "are you an existing client?" So....yeap....here you have it. Then it got worse, she said "let me transfer you to one of our sales people". I was transferred....and was in a total loop for more than 10 minutes......it felt like it was ringing (you could hear the sound of the ring) then an automated voice stated: someone will be with you shortly. I decided to hang up and move on. I don't think I want to deal with them. Very weird, very strange, and most important: so unprofessional!

I was a long time customer who ha always relied on getting a good deal from Wardell and for a long time that was true. They were always pleasant and courteous and I was satisfied. But then I began to feel like they were just going through the motions and just cashing the cheques. Still, I stuck with them. Eventually I went to a new broker and they lowered my premiums while increasing my coverage with the same insurer. Every business has it's ups and downs and perhaps I was one of those that slipped through the cracks. My feeling is that a more attentive broker would have better examined my file and worked to find ways of lowering my premiums - that would have kept me a customer for life. I wish Wardell well and would even recommend them, but I urge anyone using them to press them about bettering your deal, or they will slip into complacency and you will end up paying more than you have to - like I did.

After waiting 7 weeks (no exaggeration) for Steve to get back to me on a question I decided it was time to switch brokers. My new broker and I cancelled my current Economical policy through Wardell before the renewal ...or so we thought. A payment then went through via my old policy. Steve assured my new broker that the policy had been cancelled and I would be refunded shortly. No refund and another payment came out. This time, my new broker calls Economical Insurance to discover that Wardell never cancelled my policy (like they claimed). I'm now waiting on the two payment that will total over $300 to be refunded. Wardell Insurance, you suck!
