★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This center pretends to be friendly to over 40 patients. Their marketing is excellent, but in the end the doctor gave me the same old tired, paternalistic, negative, fear mongering speech I have heard elsewhere. There is nothing progressive here at all. And I was told my chances of success with no lab work at all. Total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They definitely do not work hand in hand with CNY NY and will even refuse basic labs if you are a travel patient. Staff is lacking in friendliness and helping. Just attempting an appt was like pulling teeth. Called and they said I needed to email a request for an appt for basic labwork. Emailed repeatedly and within a month, repetitive emails and calls to request an appt. A few months later, and still nothing. The place is a joke. Only reason I tried with them was because they are listed as a satellite office for the NY stateside one for travel patients.
