★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called about a strange noise from my dryer, and the technician was able to come over in a couple hours. He was very professional, took extreme care not to accidentally damage anything, and explained everything he was doing. He took apart the dryer, tested all parts, lubricated the bearings and cleaned inside. He replaced the worn idler arm and the noise was gone.

My 14 year old washing machine suddenly stopped working. Despite being told by other companies that due to its age it was not worth the cost of repair I decided to call CN Appliance Repair; they diagnosed my washing machine, Provided replacement parts and completed the repair in a timely manner. The technician was knowledgable and respectful and thanks to the their skill, I saved a significant amount of money.
On a recent occasion staff came to my house to look at my 24 year old clothes dryer that was not drying properly. I had thought that due to its age it needed a complete cleanup of the inside of the machine. Turns out all that was required was for the external lint trap to be cleared and they did this without charge!
A technician also seamlessly installed and vented to the outside,a new stainless steel hood range for my kitchen renovation.
As a single woman not only did I find the staff respectful in my home but I appreciated the comfort and knowledge that they did not take advantage of my lack of technical skill. CN Appliance Repair is company you can trust. I give them 10 stars plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a washer that stopped working one morning. I messaged Eduard and he was very prompt in responding. By the afternoon, Eduard was over and looking at the washer and running diagnostic on the problem.
Eduard was knowledgeable and his consultation fee was very reasonable. Would hire him again for future appliance issues.

He was very transparent about the solutions available to fix the problem as well as the costs. Communication and scheduling was easy.
