The wait times are significantly better than other clinics and the staff does go above and beyond from my personal experience. Great clinic and staff you will not be disappointed.
t	tzvia weig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While my Doctore is on maternity leave I have to deal with a doctor who works twice a week from 9-12!!!! I asked to see another doctor and was not allowed! Denied care!!! I am sure if my doctor knew this she was not be happy. Because of this I do not know if I want to come back! Sorry Dr. Maya Nadle who is an amazing doctor. On March 6 2019(2 weeks later) I recieved a call from the clinic. I was very suprised to hear the reason for the call. It was regrading my doctor, Dr. Maya Nadle saw my message above. I have lived here for 31 years and I have never gotten a call showing concern of any sort from a doctors office. This is great patient care! What I am usually use to at this clinic. Thank you for the call it meant a lot!!!! ?
L	LEB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Eric Stutz is a fantastic doctor who works round-the-clock for this patients. My wife and I have received telephone calls as well as email messages posted to medeo late at night and on weekends. Not every doctor would telephone you on a Saturday night concerning lab results.
A	Amy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ long list of fees to pay (see their website under patient handout). just learned this clinic receives lots of funding from ministry already (including their nurse, whose salary is paid for by the government) because it's part of a family health team. this clinic still asks for money for everything (even talking to the doctor on the phone costs money and a credit card number is requested). my previous family doctor (now retired) and even my specialist do not charge so many fees. this isn't patient-centred care. it's money-centered care. my specialist at another clinic has called me to clarify things without charging me per phone call. it seems like this clinic's priority is to get everyone to sign up for these block fees (even though you may not use all the services listed) and a lot of people probably don't know you don't need to sign up for these block fees. these block fees are NOT mandatory.

About 2 years ago I began seeing Dr. Tim Li to whom I had been referred. We all know that it is not easy to get a family doctor today, especially an excellent one who is very caring, keeps right up to date and who takes the time to really listen to each patient’s concerns. Recently I have had some lengthy health issues and Dr. Li has been there for all of my needs. The specialists to whom he has referred me when needed have also been very accommodating and deal with issues with expediency. In addition to regular booked appointments, there is time left for those who require same day appointments. There is a nurse in the office to deal with inoculations, ear cleaning, etc. The entire office staff is very welcoming and caring.
