★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was helping my landlord to find a good company for repairing our laundry machine and dryer. Hitting Appliance N1 on a search engine, I called this company. A technician came to check with the machines, and called the company to deliver some replacement items for the broken parts. It took less than 20 minutes to have them delivered, and the technician completed his job in 30 minutes.

Had a problem with water leaking from a Frigidaire refrigerator. Normally I would get the serviceman from the company to come and repair it but given the fact that small businesses are suffering during Covid, I thought I should support in whatever way possible.
Don’t waste your money and stay away from these guys. I don’t know what’s happening with the other reviews - maybe “friends and family” but they’ve certainly drank the Kool-Aid.
Had Shymon Oleh come over to diagnose the issue with the fridge at an agreed upon reasonable price of $79 plus tax. Came to check it out on Dec 27, 2021. Took about half an hour to diagnose that the issue was apparently with the defrost timer- he coincidentally had one on him!
Agreed to pay $325 plus tax for the job- parts and labour. He vacuumed the lines, cleaned the outlet and valves with steam which wasn’t badly done TBH. After which he apparently changed the part, left the part below in the pic saying it was removed from my fridge, and left saying the job has a 90 day warranty.
He mentioned that the part was replaced from the back of the fridge. I should’ve checked while he was here but didn’t get a chance. Later I take the low rear panel off and notice no such part was installed. Called Parts Source, give them the model number and they confirmed the part does not exist for my fridge!! So basically I got scammed and decided to share my story after I sent him countless messages and did not hear back.
Adding the pic of the “replaced part” and the screenshot of the text message agreeing on the price so he can’t respond saying he doesn’t recognize who this is!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definitely the person you want to repair your appliances. He responded right away to my request and quickly set up an appt for the next day. He told me what time he'll be over and arrived exactly on time. He is pleasant and very professional. He explained what is the issue and told us the cost before it was completed. He was truly honest and upfront with us during the repair. The repair was done within 1/2 hour and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends and I'll definitely call Yevhen if I ever needed appliance repairs again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Shymon to install an over the range microwave for my grandparents. Shymon called me back in a timely manner, gave me a reasonable quote, and booked an appointment on the spot. I received a text confirmation of the appointment and a call on the day of the appointment notifying me of when he will be arriving. Service was completed as promised. All around great experience! I would definitely recommend this business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yevhen is by far the best appliance repairman we’ve ever encountered - he responded quickly to our request for service on an increasingly noisy washer, arriving exactly when he said he would. Unfortunately, after a thorough examination, his recommendation was that while it could probably be repaired, it would be more cost effective to replace it. His honesty was much appreciated. He even offered advice on how and when to disconnect the old washer prior to taking delivery of the new one. While he was very professional, he was also very personable as well. I would definitely recommend him as someone to call when you have an appliance that needs repair.
