★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofer came to the rescue again. Two years ago he managed to find an oven element for my then 36 year old stove. Now two years later and two years older the other element died most spectacularly in an eruption of flame. Ofer arrived on time and became Sherlock Holmes. He managed to locate a replacement part and installed it the same day. Many thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time dealing with them - my washer broke .They sent a tech out to diagnose the issue and booked the repair right away. They arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and were very knowledgeable and provided very useful information. Payment was easy and they sent a copy of the invoice to my e-mail and provided a paper copy.
I have saved their number and I know who I'll be calling next time an appliance breaks. I would definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and lacked experience. The person they sent me was a young kid who appeared to not know what they were doing and relied on answers from her boss through text messages. Also they asked to see the manual which was a red flag for me. I paid for a service call but did not want them back as they diagnosed several problems which would cost too much money and did not feel confident with their diagnosis. My feeling was they just wanted to make extra money. This was confirmed by calling another company and explained what was going on with my fridge and I got an informed answer over the phone. They asked me my refrigerator’s make and knew with certainty what was wrong with my fridge. They came over and fixed it for much less than what Octopus Appliances quoted me for which was a wrong diagnosis!
I would not recommend Octopus Royal Appliances because of my experience I had with them. Unfortunately I paid 85.00 which is non refundable for a service call. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dryer broke on the same day that we were moving into our new house in Stouffville. Although Octopus Royal Appliance repair was booked up for the day, they squeezed in a service call for me shortly after I contacted them. The technician was professional, communicative, on time and very friendly! My dryer got fixed and the cost was completely reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this company for any issues with my appliances in the future and would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for an honest, reasonable and professional repair service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had them in to fix and oven element. Everything else on the stove worked fine prior to service call. After they "fixed" it, the burners barely get hot enough to melt butter on maximum and the oven took 40 minutes to reach 300 degrees. Called them back and they insisted it was an unrelated problem and would only come out to look at it for another service call fee. No thanks, just bought a new stove. A good business would have at least come to check their work. Would never call again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofer (Oliver) was amazing! I called on a Tuesday afternoon, was able to book the appointment for the next day, and had everything taken care of within a matter of a few short hours! Not only was he able to quickly diagnose the washing machine issue, but after needing to pick up a part, he was still able to return within a couple of hours, replace the part, and at a reasonable price. He even gave my father a senior's discount! As a result, I would not hesitate recommending Octopus Royal to anyone in need of an appliance repair, and would definitely use them again if required. Thank you so much Ofer!!!
