★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elite was dispatched to repair my dishwasher through the Geek Squad warranty. I had Fred come in to do the job and he was excellent. He was very patient and knowledgeable; he took the time to explain to me what the issue was and shared very useful tips to maintain the dishwasher. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishwasher issue, work order number 466976.I had a pleasant phone call with the individual who set up the appointment, but I was very displeased with the service from the gentleman who came. It seemed like he made no real attempt to fix my dishwasher and just wanted to take the diagnostic fee. He recommended I buy a new dishwasher instead of replace the pump drain. He still provided a document letting me know I had 1 month to decide, but it was mixed signals for letting me know whether he could fix it. I had it replaced today by someone else and it works beautifully. The man called me accidentally (wrong client) and told me he didn't have the part. When he came he also told me he didn't have the part. Felt like he didn't care to solve the issue so went with someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elite Appliance fixed my oven control knob. LG didn’t communicate what the issue was when LG booked the appointment. When the technician came for the appointment, he said he would order the part and the appointment would be rescheduled ASAP. A few days later the appointment was rescheduled and the technician came and fixed the problem quickly. Incredible service. Knowledgeable staff, punctual and professional. I am really happy with the service provided by Elite Appliance. (WO No. 459700)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are professional and courteous. They had to repair my fridge compressor. It took 3 hours and I hardly knew they were here. Everything was fixed in the time they had said. I have used Elite many times through my Lowe’s Warranty plan. The people who book your appointments are nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them and I will use them again.

Elite Appliance sent a repair service man who arrived within the designated time and was able to identify the Robles immediately. He explained the issue and estimated a five day wait for the new part to arrive and have it placed in the fridge. His estimation was accurate! Work #446690

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our GE microwave oven break down (Work Order Number: 456365) for unknown reason without any prior warning. We then contacted Elite Appliances Services via our manufacturer guide and I must say, the whole experience was smooth, starting from the service appointment scheduling to technician consultation and the appliance repair. The appointment scheduling was seamless, where I had multiple text reminders for the scheduled appointment and real time updates on when the technician would arrive within the given appointment time frame. Jeff was right on time and repaired the microwave oven on the first visit. He provided us with helpful tips for post-service handling of the appliance, along with troubleshooting and next steps should we find any future issues. He was fast in troubleshooting and repairing the oven. Also, he was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Ultimately, we are very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Elite Appliance Service to anyone looking for professional servicing or repairing of their appliances.

Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
So far I have used Elite appliances for my refrigerator twice(different issues), and once for a range hood.
Very professional, courteous and pleasant rep to deal with.
The company itself is responsive to service needs.
Frankly, factory trained technicians do make a heck of a difference.
The value of service received is worth the price.
One really can’t put price to a peace of mind.
