Great team, professional staff, but not good with time and being on time which is essential for a business. Few negative points: It’s better not to train staff on customer site since damage to unit could happen and without doubt customer won’t be happy. My ice drawer left open and didn’t installed properly and I had to open it again myself and install it back. My issue resolved for now which was noise issue in brand new LG refrigerator, 6 month. I hope it never happens again it was annoying. Thanks ARS for this help.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE We have been waiting 2 months for service on our fridge. The first appointment, they never showed up. They finally sent an email advising they needed to order a part. Not sure how they knew they needed a part if they never showed up to look at the fridge! Three weeks later, the technician arrived. Looked at the fridge, then realized that ARS had ordered the wrong part. No kidding - they never looked at the fridge before they ordered the part! (To confirm, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. My issue is with the service from the ARS office). Two weeks later, we still did not receive any communication from ARS. Finally after complaining to LG (brand of our fridge), they confirmed with ARS that a technician would come on December 22. We waited all day. No one showed up. When we called ARS, no answer! We called LG again. They finally reached ARS who said that the appointment was for December 24. It is now December 24 and the technician is almost 2 hours late. Absolutely unacceptable service from ARS office!!!!

Good Service desk very helpfull and the technician knows how to fixed my dryer. The technician fixed it right away quickly. As soon as he came in he went to work right away and got it down in hour. He didn't mind i asked him to put a disposable cover for the his shoes and he asked for something to cover my floor. i recommend it. I would say i was happy and pleased.

ARS was recommended by Samsung customer service. I was given a three hour window period with the ability to track the service technician's eta. I was also called 15 minutes prior to the actual arrival time. Steve was great resolving the problem. He was also able to give me some pointers on my dryer that I wasn't aware of. I definitely will call ARS again should the need arise. Highly recommend ARS!

My Service person was Ilya S, he was professional, polite, and explained to me everything he was doing. He said that he would not leave until the issue was resolved and I was satisfied with the issue being repair. I felt very comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone who asked. As my son issue in the home service profession as well, I would hope he would treat all his clients the same way Ilya did to me.

This repair service was sent under an LG flat rate warranty. The technician was highly skilled. He made a quick diagnosis and replaced the defective parts the same day. Refrigerator and freezer are working perfectly now. I would use this service again.

Had some drainage issue with my dishwasher. ARS service is prompt and friendly. Their technician (Nicolay Z.) was very professional and fixed the issue quickly (It was a nut!). He also offered us some useful tips to maintain the dishwasher. We would recommend this company to others. But one thing I'd suggest is to give your customer more transparency on the service charge beforehand. I wasn't expecting $250 + tax for this repair.

Reading these Reviews, i must say I'm very surprised people were pleased with this companies service. I am more in line with all the other poor reviews (which by the way there's quite a few). Called them for our washing machine, it took them about a month to book an appointment. I took half day off work to wait for them between 3pm - 6pm. Noticed on their tracker that they skipped our house, to find out after i called that they ordered the wrong part. After another month (yes 2 months) i called and was greeted by such an obnoxious individual who was almost mocking me over the telephone. My wife also called and she asked to speak to her supervisor, and she said her supervisor does not have a desk to speak with her. Really? this gets better, the second appointment is booked, we are happy to just get this over with. My wife calls just to make sure everything is on track and the service person is coming to our home. She spoke to the person on the phone and said yes he will be there in 6 min. 20 min goes by, the women calls back and says the serviceman will not be coming due to car issues (still 2 hrs left in our time frame). Did i mention they had most of our money as we had to pay almost all of the balance after first visit. Clearly we had a horrible experience, and i am not trying to tell people what to do as they can make their own choice. Just know, if it does not go smooth it will be a lengthy and irritating process. Good Luck. Not even a 1 STAR. Never buying an LG again. P.S this is my first negative review in my life.
