Efficient and human

I am in my first pregnancy and have had to go to this clsc several times. I have absolutely nothing bad to say, to the people at the front desk to the nurses, everyone is doing their job wonderfully! Thanks for your good service!

Incompetence, bureaucracy, paper scraping and ball tossing from side to side. One may well wonder why the health system is expensive, this place sums up the problem well. We don't care about the well-being of our old people, as long as managers can protect themselves. Nothing against nurses, but the #1 job of civil servants is to keep them from working.

WARNING!!!! NO ONE AT THIS CLINIC CARES ABOUT THE ELDERLY!! The worst experience of home service I have ever seen....? An 87 year old man who has a gall bladder tube and bag attached into his body needed to be flushed everyday. One nurse decided she didn't want to drive to the house anymore for God only knows the reason. She made a decision herself to end the visits. (On who's authority)? He had only three days left to go, and they told him to go to the clsc by himself from now on. The service was extended to him by the hospital...! On who's authority does this UNPROFESSIONAL "nurse" or "care-giver" have to stop the service just 3 days before it is removed? This man sat on the front porch every morning waiting for someone to come for 4 days... Everyday From 9 am To 12 pm. No one came! And no one would come even when we called to ask why they wouldn't. They told him to take a taxi since he could not drive there himself!!!!! They said it was dangerous to not have the bag flushed everyday. Why then not send someone? The elderly have become obsolete and considered as garbage to be put out in this society. To these people at the CLSC, They have lost their usefulness on this planet. Karma...... This nurse will get older also and will see for herself how our caring and humane system works! Good luck finding anyone to help or care for you! Get another job if you don't care about people. PLEASE!!! And we'll be suing if something bad happens to him because of your lack of care from the CLSC ST EUSTACHE. Warning! Don't get old!!! No one cares!!!! Especially at this clinic.... Go to Ontario like everyone else!

The people are kind and very helpful to the community. Also there is a nurse. That you can reach 24 7 if you don't feel well and, if it necessary to see a doctor for help go to the emergency department at hospital with the information totally professional. To ad a bit more if you need help in any situation they take there time and if thy cant find a solution they will contact the right people so you can receive the help you need. Even take there time to talk with you about certain issues . Good people they are what i call pros.7
