★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible receptionist very very rude they made me wait for an hour because they couldn't find my doctor name for blood test , my appointment was 9:30 I ended up going in at 11:00 even tho I did write them the doctor name they kept me waiting never going there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good, but the parking is insanely bad. There are like 15spots for guest parking and they are always full. The blood test area is also always full and you'll be waiting there for a while. I think it would be better just to try your luck somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude receptionist with wrong information the first time I called. This is my second attempt at getting a vaccine and they never call back. always the voicemail saying they will call within 24-48 hours. It's been 6 weeks - 3 messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can not see a doctor without a referral from a family doctor. The reception area is small and the receptionist is a little rude. She replied to me with minimal information and short sentences, i don't think she cared. She directed us to a nearby clinic that doesn't open on sundays and that will be full at 8 AM and stops receiving patients. I thought the service will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please hire better customer service employees, so rushed and rude, told her it was services quebec that referred me so she spoke over me and gave me services quebec number and hanged up :) the second guy couldn't speak english and just hanged up lol, guys i know you wanna chill and i'm making you do your job but atleast refer me to somebody who can help

Second- I had an appointment for blood test at 10:15 and I had to wait over 2 hours
Third- service was horrible
Forth- Staff was rude
Fifth- I would NEVER recommend this CLSC for any blood tests.

Very difficult communication
Very difficult understanding..
I had an app with a doctor and the msg didn't go trou it's not the first time ..
Already I don't like the feeling of going in this building and seeing doctor...
It seems to be a stressed and sad place,
It's not healthy for patients who have anquity or sick patients communication is important.
