★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Employees daughter was there with her boyfriend. Multiple inappropriate sexual comments. Charged wrong amount. Given wrong invoice. Paint mixed wrong too so I had to go back! Didn't ask for BCAA for discount. Go anywhere else!!!

I was not disappointed...service was fast...the gentleman who helped me ...got me exactly the paint i needed and i was on my way home in about 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a 7 year old paint for touch-ups on a suite. The dried up pain,t in the label less can was no help. George got us to bring in a piece from the original. Got a piece from under the sink, and the colour match was flawless. Thanks George!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW, just got off the phone with a representative of this company. I was in a large box store and happened to mention to a fellow shopper that a product that Cloverdale Paint sold had made a mess of my deck. She got right on it and sent someone out to assess my deck. He called today and said that he had been unable to contact the maker of the product but in the mean time Cloverdale Paint would help to "set things right". Awesome company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Review: Below you’ll find my old review of this location (which was a poor review). I’ve kept it up to show that they care about the experience of their customers. When they became aware of the issue with the paint I purchased, they called and offered to fix the situation (which they did to my satisfaction). I wasn’t expecting them to go out of their way like they did but it was nice to see this. My faith in this location has been restored and will keep returning for the numerous other paint projects I have to complete. My friends and family will be hearing about the great service at this location.
Old Review: I started going here from August 2019 and was happy to make this location my go-to for all paint purchases. The first couple of purchases were good. If I recall correctly, I was helped by someone named Matt. However, the last few purchases were mixed incorrectly and now I have multiple shades on my deck. I chose to come to the Langford location from downtown Victoria because of the service but now I’m not sure that was the greatest idea. Having to make multiple trips to get what I thought was the right colour was not ideal but having different shades on the deck is worse.
