On m'a demandé de reprendre un rendez-vous pour les résultats. La veille du rendez-vous, on n'a annulé le rendez-vous, le médecin était malade. Pas de problème. Pour la reprise de rendez-vous, je cédule un nouveau rendez-vous; et j'explique que je n'étais pas certain de ma disponibilité; que je les rappelerais si le rendez-vous ne convenait pas. Malheureusement sans me le mentionner clairement, la personne a plutôt laisser tomber mon rendez-vous. Le jour du rendez-vous, je me présente à l'heure convenue et j'apprends que je n'ai pas de rendez-vous. j'aurais dû téléphoner pour confirmer rapidement ma disponibilité, par défaut dans l'incertitude , il ne donne pas de rendez-vous mais sans l'indiquer au client. On explique que c'est la responsabilité du client de s'assurer de ses rendez-vous; il ne téléphone pas la veille du rendez-vous; cependant il indique qu'il y a des frais facturés si on ne se présente pas. Autre élément intéressant, sur le sol devant le comptoir; on trouve une indication spécifiant : Zone de respect! Comme s'il arrivait souvent que les clients sont insatisfaits. Peut-être qu'il s'agit simplement d'une malchance mais la clinique ProActive ne semble pas mettre le patient au centre de ces opérations. Je comprends que les cliniques médicales sont très occupées mais je pense que les patients sont l'élément central à ne pas perdre de vue. I am a new patient, the first meeting went well. I was asked to undergo some tests at the hospital. I was asked to book an appointment for the results. The day before the appointment, the appointment was not canceled, the doctor was sick. No problem. For resuming an appointment, I schedule a new appointment; and I explain that I was not sure of my availability; that I would call them back if the meeting was not suitable. Unfortunately without clearly mentioning it to me, the person instead dropped my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I show up at the agreed time and I learn that I have no appointment. I should have phoned to quickly confirm my availability, by default in uncertainty, he does not give an appointment but without notifying the client. It was explained that it is the client's responsibility to ensure their appointments; he does not telephone the day before the meeting; however it indicates that there are fees charged if you do not show up. Another interesting element, on the floor in front of the counter; there is an indication specifying: Area of respect! As if it often happens that customers are dissatisfied. Maybe it's just bad luck but the ProActive clinic does not seem to put the patient at the center of these operations. I understand that the medical clinics are very busy but I think that the patients are the central element to keep in mind.

Merci beaucoup, excellente consultation avec une docteure à l'écoute, très douce et qui prend le temps qu'il faut. Je recommande ! Message vocal interminable, si vous rejoigner un humain et qu'on vous met en attente, musique agressante avec "votre appel est important pour nous" aux 30 secondes. Transfers après transfers... je m'ennuie d'une simple réceptioniste. Very good Doctor, absolutely terrible new phone system. Endless voicemail, if you join a human and are put on hold, aggressive music with "your call is important to us" every 30 seconds. Transfer after transfer ... I miss a simple receptionist.

Je vois dans les commentaires que ça fait casiment 1 ans que vous avez des difficultés avec votre système téléphonique…il serait peut être temps de régler ça ! I waited for 1 hour on the phone to make an appointment and I never got an answer... it's really nonsense. I see in the comments that it's been 1 year since you've been having difficulties with your telephone system... it might be time to fix that!
