I want to add my dog had 2 strokes within 48hrs & because of the recommendations from Dre.Laura & care, my dog has completely recovered from her strokes. Within 3 months, she has gone from not being able to walk, to dragging her right back leg to completely walking without showing signs of having a stroke. Thank you to Dre. Laura and her team.
e	ethanjoelmicah R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a traumatic experience with a puppy I had that needed to be euthanized in the end and I appreciate the vets were honest and didn't try to convince me to go through expensive surgeries that had high risk of failing. However, a few times it happened that they told me what my dogs needed (things which I felt were optional and not neccessary) and they did not ask me if I agreed, just gave it to me and added it to my bill which I was too shy to speak up and say no. So overall it's a good vet but you need to be strong and decline what you feel is not necessary.

D	Daniel B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to bring my cat for an emergency. He Kept on throwing up and not eating nor drinking. Dr Frascarelli was nice and professional although she didn't have the sense of emergency like the situation was not serious. I Did some tests the first day, and everything seemed normal but she wanted to do x-rays on the 2nd day. I refused because something had to be done. He hadn't drink or eat in almost a week. I followed my gut and brought him to the hospital and right away they told me I did the right thing. They had to give him fluids and pills so he wouldn't throw up. An ultrasound was performed and they found what the problem was. If I had pursued with Dr frascarelli, my cat could have died. She never suggested an ultrasound and everything was done in dribs and drabs. All the tests cost me 800$ for wrong ones. Since it was an emergency, it was closer to my house but I will not go back there unfortunately. Very disapointed and frustrated about the whole situation.
L	Lina Montanaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not even give it 1 star, they are Rip off place, they think because they are located in Fontainebleau they can charge 2 times the price, they charge me $336.00 for blood test + $100 for consultation. Blood test would have been $150.00 with Vet Lorraine. They take advantage of the situation and after paying all this money with another $132.00 for injection GRAND TOTAL OF $568.00, my cat still throwing up with Diarrhea and loosing her hair, they have no idea what's wrong. They only care about their pocket and do not care about your animal trust me. She didn't even noticed that my cat had an hernia and it's pretty big, just to give you an idea that she didn't really examined her properly. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WOULD NOT RECOMMAND TO ANYONE. THEY CHARGE SAME PRICE AS EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, THE ONLY THINK YOU NEED TO PAY EXTRA AT THE HOSPITAL ARE CONSULTING FEES. VET ARE SUPPOSE TO CARE ABOUT ANIMALS.
