★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes allés consulter en urgence le lundi 23 août dernier alors que notre femelle boxer de 8 ans souffrait d'une grave infection de l'utérus. (C'est la seule clinique qu'on a appelée qui a accepté de la prendre tout de suite) Ils l'ont tout de suite opérée et lui ont sauvé la vie. Service très courtois par des passionnés des animaux.
 We went for an emergency consultation on Monday, August 23, when our 8-year-old female boxer was suffering from a serious infection of the uterus. (It's the only clinic we called that agreed to take her right away) They operated on her right away and saved her life. Very courteous service by animal lovers.

Ce sont des gens très dynamique et professionnelle, près en tout temps à vous prendre en charge quelque soit le soutient ou la prise en charge de vos animaux! Avec une touche de courtoisie amicale! Je recommande fortement!

JE vous partage, à chaud, l'expérience toute première que j'ai vécu hier lors de l'euthanasie de mon fidèle compagnon félin, FRED.
Tout a été parfait.
Quel professionalisme autant des techniciennes
( Stéphanie ou Catherine je ne suis plus sûr et Jonathan ) que des vétérinaires ( Doc Gaudet, doc Perrollaz et doc Marois )
Un grand merci de m'avoir permis de permettre à FRED de passer dans l'autre dimension dans une athmosphère des plus humaine.
Seul petit bémol, hier matin, au téléphone, nervosité et émotions oblige de ma part, la réceptionniste n'était pas tellement réceptive à ma toute petite demande de faire un paiement via téléphone., sous prétexte que vous étiez très occupé.
Je lui pardonne néanmoins cet impair sachant que l'erreur est humaine et que nous tendions tous à devenir la meilleure version de nous même.
Ci-joint, une photo de mon "pote" qui repose éternellement au pied du conifère qu'il aimait tant, sur le bord du lac. :)

Hello.
I share with you, in the heat, the very first experience that I lived yesterday during the euthanasia of my faithful feline companion, FRED.
Everything has been perfect.
What professionalism so many technicians
(Stéphanie or Catherine I'm no longer sure and Jonathan) only veterinarians (Doc Gaudet, doc Perrollaz and doc Marois)
A big thank you for allowing me to allow FRED to move into the other dimension in a most human atmosphere.
Only downside, yesterday morning, on the phone, nervousness and emotions oblige on my part, the receptionist was not so receptive to my very small request to make a payment by phone., On the pretext that you were very busy.
I forgive him, however, for this oddity knowing that to err is human and that we all tend to become the best version of ourselves.
Attached, a photo of my "buddy" who rests eternally at the foot of the conifer that he loved so much, on the edge of the lake. :)
