Dommage que google nous limite à seulement cinq étoiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'aime beaucoup votre clinique et j'ai toujours eu de bon soins. Mon commentaire concerne le formulaire de prise de rendez-vous. Est-il possible de faire une modification concernant la date de naissance? Premièrement je trouve inutile de mentionner la date dans ce formulaire. Deuxièmement si c'est vraiment nécessaire de changer la façon de l'inscrire, je trouve ça très désagréable et très long de reculer de la sorte pour trouver la bonne date ainsi que la bonne année. merci
