Elle me répond aucun problème, "je vous ferai signer un document qui me protège en cas de mauvaise surprise." Parfait, je fais parvenir tous les documents, puis je découvre que le document que je DOIS signer est un acte d'achat sans certificat de localisation. Aucune possibilité d'avoir l'assurance titre et obligation de signer ce document !!!! Résultat, ça m'a coûté 225$ pour récupérer le dossier qui n'avait aucunement avancé!!! Fuiez, mettez votre argent ailleurs, trouvez quelqu'un qui respecte le processus en comprenant les problématiques et délais actuels. During the condo purchase process, during the period when it is very difficult to obtain a certificate of location, I informed Notary Natasha Gareau immediately that I would not have the document in time and that I wanted to have insurance titles in order to be protected. She answers me no problem, "I will make you sign a document which protects me in the event of unpleasant surprises." Perfect, I send all the documents, then I discover that the document I MUST sign is a deed of purchase without a certificate of location. No possibility of having title insurance and obligation to sign this document !!!! Result, it cost me $ 225 to recover the file which had made no progress !!! Run away, put your money elsewhere, find someone who respects the process by understanding the current issues and deadlines.

Needless to say, writing up a Will is not a fun exercise but Samireh made us super comfortable and was there to answer all our questions. She even put some clauses in the Will, which we had not even thought about. She was very responsive to our emails and there was a quick turnaround time for creating the documents. As for the Covid-19 safety measures, we were asked to wash our hands and were kept in a big conference room alone while waiting for Samireh. This also made us feel very comfortable along with all the mask wearing from the employees. I would highly recommend Me Samireh Gholami from Gareau & Gareau Associés Notaires! Thank you, Anthony

He was so incredibly helpful and also provided the agreement of sale in English as the vendor did not speak or read French very well. He also found solutions to problems which I did not anticipate concerning the establishment of a Right of Way. I would recommend his office highly.
