 I brought my mother to them. They are really courteous and understanding. I highly recommend this clinic to consult an ENT doctor.

Elle m'a donné l'impression de la déranger lorsqu'elle m'a dit que c'était très pénible d'ouvrir un dossier pour mon fils et d'être certain que je voulais le rendez-vous pour ne pas lui faire perdre de temps. Je me suis donc excuser de l'avoir dérangé pendant ses heures de bureau et j'ai abandonné.
Very bad experience with the receptionist. She gave me the impression of disturbing her when she told me that it was very painful to open a file for my son and to be certain that I wanted the appointment so as not to make him lose of time. I therefore apologize for disturbing him during his office hours and I gave up.

referral was faxed to this clinique as per my request it’s over a month nobody called me yet.
I called them 5 times , left 2 messages, sent 3 emails
Still nothing!!
The receptionist tells me they didn’t receive the referral I emailed her and still waiting
Very poor customer service, seems like they don’t want to see patients
