1) Un service d’une piĂštre qualitĂ© oĂč j’ai vu le docteur Nadim Korban 1h30 aprĂšs l’heure indiquĂ©e Ă  l’agenda. 2) Lors de la consultation, il y va rapidement de son diagnostic, ne me laissant pas la libertĂ© de lui parler afin de lui exposer mon problĂšme. Je ne me suis pas du tout senti entre bonnes mains. 3) À la fin de la consultation, on est quasiment laissĂ© pour compte sans une vĂ©ritable dĂ©termination de la part du mĂ©decin de nous aider dans notre problĂšme. 4) J’ai dĂ» moi mĂȘme demander un audiogramme complet alors que cela aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre recommandĂ© par le docteur traitant. 5) Alors que j’ai Ă©tĂ© insatisfait de la consultation, on me demande une autre rĂ©fĂ©rence du mĂ©decin gĂ©nĂ©raliste et assumer du temps et des frais pour une contre-expertise. Alors que je n’ai pas Ă©tĂ© servi Ă  la hauteur des attentes, on me donne du fil Ă  retordre... oĂč sont les bonnes valeurs de responsabilitĂ© corporative ? De sĂ©rieuses rĂ©formes de qualitĂ© de service doivent ĂȘtre appliquĂ©es en l’occurrence.
1) A poor quality service where I saw Doctor Nadim Korban 1h30 after the time indicated on the agenda. 2) During the consultation, he goes quickly to his diagnosis, not leaving me the freedom to speak to him in order to explain my problem to him. I did not feel in good hands at all. 3) At the end of the consultation, we are almost left behind without a real determination on the part of the doctor to help us with our problem. 4) I myself had to request a complete audiogram when it should have been recommended by the attending doctor. 5) While I was dissatisfied with the consultation, I am asked for another referral from the general practitioner and to assume the time and costs for a second opinion. While I have not been served up to expectations, I am having a hard time ... where are the good values ​​of corporate responsibility? Serious service quality reforms need to be implemented here.

Je viens d'ĂȘtre opĂ©rĂ© par le docteur Stephenson, et tout c'est merveilleusement passĂ©. Elle est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme hors pair. Je viens de subir une thyroĂŻdectomie partielle, elle a tout de suite su me mettre en confiance et la chirurgie s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©e. Je me suis senti comme un membre de sa famille, Ă  quel point elle prend soin de ses patients :-) Merci Docteur pour tout !!!
I have just been operated on by Dr Stephenson, and everything went wonderfully. She is of unparalleled kindness and professionalism. I have just had a partial thyroidectomy, she immediately put me at ease and the surgery went very well. I felt like a member of her family, how much she takes care of her patients :-) Thank you Doctor for everything !!!

J'ai rencontrĂ© la Dr Marie-France Stephenson, je n'ai pas du tout aimĂ© cette spĂ©cialiste. Son adjointe me fait asseoir sur un fauteuil devant son bureau, la dr entre et me reproche de m, ĂȘtre assis Ă  cet endroit. J'avais prĂ©parĂ© un document sur mon historique de sinusite et des questions. Elle n'a jamais voulue le lire et elle ne m'a pas laissĂ© le temps de poser mes questions. Elle m'a fait passer un CT Scan et un mois plus tard elle me revient avec le rĂ©sultat sur le rĂ©pondeur sans la moindre proposition de suivi. Grande dĂ©ception et je ne vais plus jamais revoir ce mĂ©decin. J'ai vu un autre ORL derniĂšrement qui a pu me prendre en charge pour finalement dĂ©couvrir que je faisais des rhinitis allergique chronique. Chose que la dame n'a pas un seul instant considĂ©rĂ©.
I met Dr Marie-France Stephenson, I did not like this specialist at all. Her assistant makes me sit on an armchair in front of her desk, the dr comes in and accuses me of being seated there. I had prepared a document on my sinusitis history and questions. She never wanted to read it and she didn't give me time to ask my questions. She gave me a CT Scan and a month later she came back to me with the result on the answering machine without any suggestion for follow-up. Great disappointment and I will never see this doctor again. I saw another ENT recently who was able to take care of me only to find out that I had chronic allergic rhinitis. Something that the lady did not consider for a single moment.

Les rĂ©ceptionnistes sont trĂšs sympathiques et emphatiques. Elles m'ont trouvĂ© un rendez-vous pour le lendemain! J'aurais aimĂ© pouvoir dire que j'ai aimĂ© la specialiste que j'ai rencontrĂ©. Ce n'Ă©tait peut ĂȘtre pas sa journĂ©e mais on dirait que tout lui dĂ©rangeait. Au dĂ©but elle Ă©tait trĂšs dĂ©rangĂ©e que je me penche vers elle. Oui c'est la COVID mais je suis malentendant et les masques facilitent pas la communication, il y a des façons polies de demander qu'on prenne une distance. Suite Ă  l'intervention et l'examination je me suis assis devant son bureau et on aurait dit que j'avais commis un crime. Apparement j'Ă©tais censĂ© sortir tout de suite. J'ai posĂ© des questions sur un traitement qu'elle m'avait donnĂ© sans instructions et ça aussi semblait la dĂ©ranger. DĂ©solĂ© mais si je vais mettre des choses dans mes oreilles je vais 100% poser des questions. Je sais que les mĂ©decins voient beaucoup de monde et qu'ils sont un peu dĂ©sensibilisĂ©s mais un peu d'empathie n'a jamais fait mal Ă  personne.
The receptionists are very friendly and emphatic. They got me an appointment for the next day! I wish I could say that I liked the specialist I met. It may not have been his day but it seemed like everything was bothering him. At first she was very upset that I leaned towards her. Yes it's COVID but I'm hard of hearing and masks don't help communication, there are polite ways to ask for distance. Following the procedure and examination I sat in front of his desk and it looked like I had committed a crime. Apparently I was supposed to get out right away. I asked about a treatment she had given me without instructions and that seemed to bother her too. Sorry but if I'm going to put things in my ears I'm 100% going to ask questions. I know doctors see a lot of people and they're a little numb, but a little empathy never hurt anyone.

Mauvais service Ă  clientĂšle, la clinique est vide et les 2 parents ne peuvent pas attendre avec leur enfant. Les rĂ©ceptionnistes t’expulse carrĂ©ment du lieu. Vraiment dĂ©sagrĂ©able, SVP, un peu plus de civilitĂ© avec les patients, si on vient voir un mĂ©decin c’est parce que nous en avons besoin.
Bad customer service, the clinic is empty and the 2 parents cannot wait with their child. The receptionists kick you out of the place. Really unpleasant, please, a little more civility with the patients, if we come to see a doctor it's because we need it.

Was trying to get some documents of mine from this clinic. After almost a dozen emails, phone calls which for the most part went unasnwere, but when they were i was met with nonsensical, almost comical reasons why they cannot give me my documents.....they finally told me that it was ILLEGAL to have over my documents to me. Funny, the college des medecin has a different take on this.

after repetitive ear infections and suggestions from health professionals that did not make sense, I got fortunate and CLINIQUE ORL2851 saved the day. I got an appointment astonishingly fast. The cleanliness of the waiting room was outstanding and I felt very safe even during Covid. The intake staff were exceptionally human: courteous, friendly, intelligent, helpful, kind. A special shoutout to DR ERIC BROWN. He was able to get at the heart of the matter in minutes. if ever I have any further ear issues, 1851 ORL is the place to go. (the BEST music in the waiting room I have heard in my life I swear!)

I have to share my experience with everyone!!! Today was my first appointment at this clinic, I was greeted by 3 wonderful secretaries, don't know all the names but Melissa was one of them ! She was lovely and patient with me and extremely kind and helpful â˜ș! I didn't know what to expect meeting Dr. Stephenson for the first time , but when she walked into the room, (coming from someone that experiences high anxiety) She had such a lovely presence, big smile on her face even with the mask ? lol! She was so warm and welcoming and truly respectful and extremely understanding, she listened to all my needs , comforted me during examination and made the whole process extremely pleasant, unfortunately I can only give a 5 ⭐ review on this site , but she deserves so much more , any patient would be lucky to have her as a ENT Dr. Thank you Dr. Stephenson for everything you did for me today and to the secretaries!!! Awesome team.!!!
