Ayant l’oreille musicale, c’est peut-être un peu plus difficile pour moi d’accepter cette condition et de m’habituer au son des appareils. Il a su être accueillant et à mon écoute, car j’avais besoin de partager au sujet des difficultés que je rencontrais. Très compétent, il a pris le temps de trouver les mots justes pour répondre à toutes mes interrogations et faire les corrections nécessaires.
 I came out of my meeting with Frédérick Gougeon by taking a new look at my hearing. Having a musical ear, it may be a bit more difficult for me to come to terms with this condition and to get used to the sound of devices. He was welcoming and listening to me because I needed to share about the difficulties I was having. Very competent, he took the time to find the right words to answer all my questions and make the necessary corrections.

When I could get no real help elsewhere I was delighted to find someone who showed concern and was dedicated to trying to help find some relief for me. He has gone above and beyond, answering all my calls, ensuring visitation. His staff is also polite, friendly and conscientious. I would highly recommend his services without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming and professional staff. You feel that there is a genuine attempt to find the best solution for your specific case, not just to sell something regardless of your needs. The service and availability is out-standing and very tailored to your needs. There is now a second site with the same professionals, in front of metro station on l'Acadie, which makes it easier to get to if you don't want to take your car.
In my case, the hearing aids totally changed my life, as I was suffering from invasive tinnitus, and I am now 90% better, so the investment in the assessment and hearing aids was certainly worth every penny. Strongly recommend !
