I visited the traveler's clinic for my 18-month-old daughter. I had excellent service and the nurse was very kind and clever with the kids !!

I visited the clinique on October 1st to have my vaccins for my vacation to Thailand. We already had one Twinrix dose done years ago. The nurse Claudia Pelchat gave us the second dose of the vaccin and gave us an appointment after ONE MONTH to have the third dose which would protect us for life. We had gone today to another clinique in South Shore( Clinique sante voyage under CLSC Samuel de Champlain) where they would give us ADACEL(thetanus) for free so we decided to have the third Twinrix dose as well in here. We, therefore cancelled the appointment at Clinique Du Voyageur du Grand Montreal. We were very surprised and upset to find out the third does should be given after 3 to 5 months after the SECOND in order to be covered for life. I did a simply research on net and I also found this info as well. I am questioning the competence of nurses hired at Clinique du Voyageur du Grand Montreal especially Claudia Pelchat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIQUE.
Furthermore I called to make a complain and I was told they BELIEVE their info given by nurses is right and it is my problem who' s opinion I decide to believe.
