This spring I returned after injuring my shoulder had another wonderful experience. Vivarath is a very sweet and caring person and I really love her approach as a Physiotherapist. I think she finds a perfect balance between specific targeted exercises and changes to habits, routine and lifestyle. One simple thing she told me the first time I visited was to use deep breathing as a way to fight inflammation and deal with pain. I still use this technique today. She was also sensitive to my financial situation and always offered alternatives to buying equipment- for example, she taught me the technique of using a frozen wet towel to ice my back instead of purchasing an icepack. I highly recommend Clinique De Physiothérapie Mondiale.
