★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facility.I had severe back pain with 1 visit to doctor I felt a lot of difference.
With consecutive visits my back pain is at bay.
The doctor was knowledgable and briefed me well regarding the treatment and how it would help me ahead.
My exercise routine was emailed to me which was an added advantage to follow it daily.The appointments were always on time never waited for more than a minute or 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinatex is in a great location, right off the bus line, so it's easy to get to, it's clean and organized and the staff there are great. The front line staff are always respectful and courteous and friendly and very helpful. And the therapist I go to is fabulous. She's also respectful and really knows her stuff. Everyone there is bilingual too, which is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andréanne Faubert is simply great! She studies my posture, standing and sitting. Gave me exercises and evaluated how I did them. She was great in pointing out my problem right at the first session. I have been following her advise and already feel the difference. She is an expert in pelvic floor and its weak muscles! Thanks Andréanne!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful expert physiotherapist Raffaele Simeone!! Very professional, kind-hearted, caring and attentive. I had extreme pain in my right shoulder and he could solve the issue within a few sessions and gave me useful information and exercises to do to keep up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating. I was there for the first visit with the nutricionist, she was very friendly, but unfortunately I felt like I was stolen. Unless you don't have any idea how to do a basic research on google, it is not worth, you will leave from there without anything extra info to add in your lifestyle and less 120 dollars. It might be worth If you pay the extra service to have a eating plan, but after the first experience, I felt totally uncomfortable to bet for the extra visit. I definitely don't recommend
2 stars because the nutricionist is friendly and polite, otherwise it would be zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share my worst experience with staff.I went there with my baby.I am living alone with my baby in Montreal. I asked them to take care of my baby just for 5 10 min when i was doing treatment. During my treatment, my baby got injure on her face.It was really hard time for me. No doubt,after they called clinics and hospitals. But its useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied with their service, so I stopped. I went there for physiotherapy of my broken shoulder. Looks like the therapist are not professional. The session was 30 minutes which is about $100 and that's expensive enough. That's not the issue. The thing is, the therapist does not finish his previous patient and take the next. Instead, he just starts another patient without finishing the previous patient. So he does come and go, back and forth on both. It really shows unprofessional ism. People are paying the money for service. If they spend 5 to10 minutes for back and forth which it should not be.
