★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have chronic back and knee problems. I bounced around between clinics for years looking for a way to relive the pain and limitations I was dealing with. My doctor, who is also being treated at this clinic, referred me. I’m so glad he did. My condition has greatly improved and I am much more active than I used to be.
The best health clinic I've been to. Friendly reception and great and knowledgeable health professionals. I highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here on reference from friends who had been treated a year before. Although the physio (Shawn) was very knowledgeable and did help with postural issues, my main issue was left a little in the dark. This first appointment took an hour and much attention was given to finding the cause of pain. I was left with exercises for homework.
I arranged a follow up appointment which took all but 30 minutes and cost a hundred dollars. This was a very quick version of the first appointment at 90% the cost. I cannot say the value was there for that kind of money. Apparently this is different from how the practice was previously run. Maybe your experience will be a more pleasant one. Personally I was left disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being referred to Shawn Smith is close to the top of the list of The Best Things That Ever Happened To Me. He has helped me to move beyond several mobility issues that caused me pain and distress. I frequently say, joking only in part, that Shawn has magic hands.
Shawn knows what he is doing and if he tells you to do certain exercises, do them! I learned the hard way that failing to do the exercises because they hurt slowed my recovery.
I am over 70 and I appreciate my problems being taken seriously and treated with recovery in mind. I am sorry that osteopathy is not covered by RAMQ as I believe that if more people of my age had access to these kinds of services, the health care system...and the population...would benefit.
Access to the clinic is easy: there is a metro station right next door and there is free parking behind the building where the clinic is located.
Staff have always been pleasant and efficient and I have noticed that they sometimes go beyond the call of duty to assure the well being of more vulnerable clients/patients.
Many many thumbs up for Shawn and the clinic as a whole. I have to go for a walk now because I can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I fracture my clavicle in April, I was very reluctant to consult an orthopedic surgeon and even more reluctant to start physiotherapy thinking it would heal itself. I nevertheless made an appointment with Dr. Sutton whom receives patients at the Concordia Physio Sport Clinic on Côte-des-Neiges. Everything is very different at the clinic. The registration procedure is quick and well organized. Heather at the reception really made me feel welcome and her attention to detail was quite refreshing. She was warm, attentive and extremely efficient. I really felt like I was important as a patient for the clinic
After my consultation, I made an appointment with Janny Wren, physiotherapist. Again, Heather helped me with the process and I was surprised to find out that they had openings as early as 7:00 in the morning which meant I did not have to miss too much work. From the first moment I met Janny, I was immediately reassured and confident. I was convinced that she would help me. After a quick assessment, she started treating my injury. I felt better immediately after my first treatment. Janny prescribed some exercises with very detailed and precise instructions. After 4 visits, my shoulder was practically completely healed and I was back to my normal level of activity in just over two months.
A hearth felt thank you to all at the Concordia Physio Soport Clinic and thank you Heather and Janny for helping my recovery.
It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Concordia Physio Sport Clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with the top-notch physiotherapy services my family has been receiving from this group for the past few years. Thanks to Nelson, and previously Justin, I have been able to strengthen and regain my full range of movement in a slightly torn and “frozen” shoulder and stiff neck, thereby avoiding the cortisone route. And my teenage daughter, who suffers from back issues due to scoliosis, has been receiving crucial treatment as well from Janny, with wonderful and quite fast results. We always look forward to our great physiotherapy sessions with the team, and the staff (from reception through physio) are consistently friendly, professional, and concerned about our progress. The atmosphere here puts us at ease and helps maximize the benefits we get out of each session. We also appreciate the personalized exercise regimes and advice we receive from the team each time, to help us work on our specific physical issues at home. I gladly recommend their physiotherapy services to all ages. The results speak for themselves!

He is caring, and compassionate and definitely goes the extra mile. Shout out to the front desk ladies - PJ and Heather, they are great! Hard working and very patient, and very accommodating to find me the best appointment times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly Mom was a patient of Shawn Smith's for several years. He is an extraordinarily talented and efficient Osteopath. His patience and technical knowledge enabled her to retain maximum mobility and coordination as she aged and dealt with a compromising illness. His "bedside" manner was also exceptional. He was always encouraging and focused on maximizing each and every session. Over the years my family has recommended him to many friends and family members, and all reported back that they were very pleased with the treatments received.
Due to circumstances, my Mom is now being treated by Zachary Weber. I am thrilled to say that I am equally pleased with Zachary's talent as a physiotherapist. He also works hard to maximize every session despite sometimes challenging circumstances. He is always professional and has a thoughtful and especially motivating "bedside" manner.
I highly recommend these talented professionals. Their outstanding skills have been a crititcal factor in ensuring my Mom's continued wellbeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure but recently talk repeatably with a lady, I believe secretary or receptionist need to be fired........just black spot on healthcare system...not co-operative...does not deserve job in heath care system anywhere... One of the Receptionist need to be polite and smiley.. People are coming at the clinic when they have any problem with health, so they can be more comfortable if they will greet and guided well. I was very uncomfortable when they didn't talk/guide seniors very well particularly with immigrant, felt kind of racism...Doctor was good.
