I went for help with my Achilles’ tendon injury. I was given a few exercises to do. After a couple days of doing them I already see improvement in my movement ?

I followed his instructions for a week, and after two appointments, already felt a huge difference.

He taught me a lot about how to understand pain and manage it better. If you need a physio, I highly recommend Olivier!
