M	Marc Guévin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma conjointe a vécu une très mauvaise expérience à cette clinique. Après avoir subi un bloc facettaire (injection de cortisone dans la colonne) de la part du docteur Mohan Radhakrishna, elle a été laissé pour compte dans un état de douleur extrême et paralysante. Docteur Radhakrishna et l'infirmier en service ont fait preuve d'aucune compassion, plutôt préoccupés à ce que ma conjointe se taise et qu'elle quitte au plus tôt puisque comme il lui a bien dit : "on a pas le temps pour vous, faut que ça roule ici". Mais ce qui devait être une intervention "de routine" a duré près de 4 heures. Il aura fallu que j'insite fortement auprès du docteur pour qu'il lui prescrive un calmant et un anti-douleur et que j'aille par la suite en acheter à la pharmacie. Incroyable que ce genre de clinique n'ait pas quelques comprimés sur place à offrir aux patients en douleur. Bref, ce fut une expérience que ma conjointe n'oubliera pas de si tôt. My wife had a very bad experience at this clinic. After undergoing a facet block (cortisone injection into the spine) by Dr Mohan Radhakrishna, she was left in a state of extreme and crippling pain. Doctor Radhakrishna and the nurse on duty showed no compassion, rather concerned that my wife should shut up and leave as soon as possible since, as he told her: "we don't have time for you, it has to roll here ". But what was to be a "routine" intervention lasted almost 4 hours. I had to strongly urge the doctor to prescribe a sedative and painkiller and then go and buy some at the pharmacy. Unbelievable that this kind of clinic does not have a few tablets on site to offer to patients in pain. In short, it was an experience that my wife will not soon forget.

J’ai d’abord été reçu avec douceur et chaleureusement par Rose , puis j’ai été prise en charge par Lyne et Dr Radhakrishna , il fut très rassurant , avec beaucoup de douceur et des explications claires l’intervention c’est fait rapidement . Naturellement il y a eu de la douleur mais très très supportable . Un GRAND merci à votre excellent travail … on a t’emmènent besoin de vous autre . Although I was very tense and anxious, the process went smoothly. I was first received gently and warmly by Rose, then I was taken care of by Lyne and Dr Radhakrishna, he was very reassuring, with great gentleness and clear explanations the intervention was done quickly . Of course there was pain, but it was very, very bearable. A BIG thank you for your excellent work ... we got you needy.
A	Alexandre Preston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reçu traitement prp, le traitement n’a pas fonctionné (choses qui peuvent arriver) mais pendant ma réhabilitation mon physio a tenté de joindre le docteur Lamontagne à plusieurs reprises car son plan de réhabilitation ne fonctionnait pas, ce dernier n’a jamais retourné les appels du physio. Après 3 mois le docteur Lamontagne demandait un suivi (formulaire à envoyer à la clinique). J’ai retourné le formulaire et après plus de 6 semaines et des relances à chaque semaine, toujours aucune nouvelle du docteur Lamontagne. Une fois le traitement payé ce dernier ne se préoccupe plus de ses patients et ne daigne même pas faire son suivi… Je ne recommande pas cette clinique, très mauvais service. Received prp treatment, the treatment did not work (things that can happen) but during my rehabilitation my physio tried to contact Dr. Lamontagne several times because his rehabilitation plan did not work, the latter never returned the calls from the physio. After 3 months, Dr. Lamontagne requested a follow-up (form to be sent to the clinic). I returned the form and after more than 6 weeks and reminders every week, still no news from Dr. Lamontagne. Once the treatment has been paid for, the latter no longer cares about his patients and does not even deign to follow up on them... I do not recommend this clinic, very bad service.
