★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just trying to get through by phone is impossible ! Been trying for 2 .5 hours now and can't get through ! I was told someone would call me 2-3 weeks post discharge and it's been 4 weeks and no call back. Great doctors but terrible phone service :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never wait more than 10 min, I love my doctor, secretaries are polite. One star off because the phone system is terrible, no voicemail, only line busy tone every time. Cant get in contact

Front desk extremely rude and not helpful. Specially that skinny long hair brunette.
Saw 3 different doctor during my pregnancy. I was generally followed by Tanguay but she is always on vacation.
Dr Tanguay and Dr Fortier was fine in general but I don’t like the service at all. Very rushy it makes you forget all the questions you want to ask.
Don’t get me started with Dr YVES SERAT, BY FAR THE WORST DOCTOR IVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Not mentioning that it was my first pregnancy I have so many concerns. That guy throw things like he could care less. He literally threw the measurement tape on the counter after using it. He wasn’t even listening the heart beat. When I ask him a question his answer was: Euhh DON’T ASK ME IM NOT A DOCTOR and then he left. He left me and my husband completely speechless. Overall I do not recommend this clinic at all. There’s other better clinic and HOSPITAL to follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff HATE their job and HATE their lives basically. They are always so depressed, rude and annoyed. They treat patients like garbage. This office seriously need to do some training at the front or...just fire those grumpy A**holes and hire people who actually like working with humans. I rate the front ZERO.
My doctor was Dr. Lamoureux who was really nice. Took her time with me, nicely answered all my questions. wait time was not longer than 30 minutes so cant complain there.
The nurses dont speak a word in English (in case you dont speak French) but it doesnt really matter because all they do is weigh you and check your blood pressure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting 1.5 hrs for an ultrasound when the secretary announces to the whole waiting room “is anyone waiting for an ultrasound? We are ahead of schedule and can see you now”.... We tell her we’ve been waiting an hour and a half she proceeds to tell us they lost my file and that they are seeing patients that are scheduled two hours after me.
Thanks for wasting our time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was seen by dr. Desautels and her team ,she also performed my c section. Impeccable service, took time to listen to me and answer all my questions . I was actually being followed at the jewish because there was such a hype about it ,but I sadly transfered my file to pierre boucher because the service was so poor ans careless. The appointments i attended at the jewish were a dreadful 1h30 wait. I 10000% recommend pierre boucher the staff is very attentive and hardworking. It disappoints me to see how low the ratings are for this hospital .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how anyone gets seen my a doctor at this clinic! I tried calling for over a week in July to get my first appointment, the earliest availability they had was in early December. December rolls around and I get a call telling me my appointment will be over the phone. Then I don't get a call until four hours after my appointment time, for the doctor to tell me that since he's never met me before it obviously has to be an in person appointment, as if I don't know that or had any choice about it!
Best part is, he tells me to call back to get another appointment! I've been calling every day for a month and just getting a busy signal. Finally today someone answers, puts me on hold for 12 minutes and then hangs up.
I'm going elsewhere, particularly if you're actually in need of a follow up!
