Puis nous avons pu discuter de cette situation (il est très ouvert à la critique et au dialogue constructif) et cela s’est beaucoup amélioré! De plus, sa grande expertise des plex et son œil avisé permet de repérer très rapidement les bons et les mauvais côtés d’un bâtiment, et il n’hésite pas à nous faire part de ses conseils, ce qui est très apprécié également. Enfin, grâce à lui nous avons pu trouver notre duplex et, cerise sur le gâteau, il a réussi à diminuer le prix de 35k$ malgré le contexte difficile pour les acheteurs! Avec un suivi régulier, c’est un excellent courtier qui saura vous conseiller.
