★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought everything I needed for my twelve year old boys winter backcountry camping expedition.. wool thermals, fleece layers, and waterproof exteriors.. wool socks too. Some of it was on sale which was a bonus. Mostly it was great that I could buy everything I needed for the outdoors all in one store. There's lots of selection. I shopped for him in the woman's and kids section. Super friendly and helpful staff too.

I was having troubles with the website and Eric took the time to email, call and even text me through my problem with the site and eventually we figured it out! ClimbOn was a great resource as staff took their time to discuss via phone/email which gear might best fit our needs. Customer service often falls short when you’re not able to visit a store in person, but ClimbOn excelled!

Ordered LATE on a Thursday. It was packed, shipped, and picked up by Canada post Friday morning. I received the package Tuesday.
Items were in perfect condition. Always nervous ordering shoes on line. Fit like a glove!
