★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, came as a new patient after moving from Vancouver where I saw a dentist regularly. I wanted a cleaning and a small chip on my front tooth looked at. Dr. Lacasse shaved down my 2 front teeth without asking me first and afterward said she "decided to change my aesthetic". This was after she did a bunch of treatments I wasn't even quoted on and only at the end realized they maxed out my dental benefits Plus charged me an extra 300+ on things I didn't want done. I went back to talk to Lacasse and she basically brushed me off and didn't care that sje left my front teeth shaved down with ugly grooves on the surface cause she decided to taper them without even asking me. She weakened my natural healthy teeth and I ended up chipping it even more where she left a groove on the surface. I'm actually traumatized and have to go back to my original dentist to cap my front teeth. The entire team and experience was such a mess. Beware of this dentist. I will be filing a suit against her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic provides excellent dental care, and I appreciated that the staff were extremely customer care oriented . Having a great dental clinic was the highlight of living in Squamish. The mountains are great too, but I really appreciate good people and excellent dental hygiene. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very considerate dentist and the new office set up is great and you can watch Netflix! You need to book ahead of time as they are always booked ahead but that’s for a reason! I switched to this dentist when I was a kid, I am now an adult and I haven’t ever thought about switching because they always answer my question thoughtfully and make procedures very comfortable. With the new office they play animal compilations on a tv in the waiting room which helps with waiting room anxiety! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about this dental clinic. My family has been going to this clinic for 3 generations and it keeps getting better. We were recently there for my 3 year old daughter's first dental checkup. From the time we arrived to the moment we left the entire staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hygienist was awesome, she explained everything to my daughter as she was cleaning/ inspecting her teeth and made it really fun and engaging for my daughter. Dr. Gardiner is the BEST! Super friendly and relatable. One of the things I love most about him is he doesn't try to sell you on anything and always suggests a free or more affordable option before suggesting the more pricey route. He genuinely cares about people. Thank you so much Garibaldi Dental for helping keep my family's dental health in check while always maintaining such a pleasant and positive atmosphere!
