Dr. Horricks Family Dentistry is a full service dental practice in Morinville, Alberta. Dr. Horricks Family Dentistry was opened in August, 1984 by Dr. Ross Horricks after he completed his training at the University of Alberta. In the summer of 1992, Dr. Horricks Family Dentistry changed from his original location to its current location.
Dr. Horricks Family Dentistry is open and welcoming to all new patients. Dr. Horricks has worked hard to set deep roots in Morinville, and in turn we have always received wonderful support from the community. We look forward to continue our care of our valued clients as well as their friends and family that they refer.

Dr. Horricks and Dr. Lafleur understand that your time is valuable, and driving to Edmonton for dental treatment is inconvenient. Dr. Horricks and Dr. Lafleur strive to provide as much dental care themselves as they can, including root canals, wisdom teeth, and crown & bridge work. Dr. Tim Barter is also present 1-2 days a month to provide IV sedation for more complex dental procedures, see a list of our procedures for further details.

This Dentist AND his assistant were simply outstanding!! They worked together like a WELL oiled machine and I was out the door in 15 minutes!! Wow!! Simply gifted people and I could'nt be happier!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lafleur has to be the best dentist I have experienced. Very personable and professional. Most recently during the lockdown I had a crown break and fall out. Crown had been completed by another dentist. After working with the tooth, installing a post and finally the crown all is well! Very thorough and precise with his work! Selena was also very excellent helping out during the procedures. Thanks guys! Much appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself, my husband, and our three children have been extremely satisfied patients of Dr. Horricks for over 25 years! Honestly, the best dentist clinic with great prices. Recently, I’ve had a tooth extracted by Dr. Lafleur and his assistant, Donna. Fantastic experience! The front staff got me an appt at the last minute. The staff were welcoming. The clinic has over the top with safety and cleaning protocols with Covid-19. I felt safe. Dr. LaFleur was exceptional with explaining everything before, during, and after the extraction. Honestly it didn’t hurt - not even the needles for freezing. I’m so impressed! Excellent post care and patient care. I could go on and on. The superior quality of their work but also their interpersonal communication skills are exceptional. Thank you for being awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic office. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff, and comfortable patient waiting area with lots of amenities. Dr. Lafleur is a wonderful dentist. He is gentle and puts you at ease, answers all your questions and is very knowledgeable. As a younger dentist, he is enthusiastic about patient care and not afraid to use new techniques and technologies for a more comfortable experience. The dental chairs have a massage feature and if you're in for a filling, you can watch TV during your appointment! The office direct bills your insurance and there's no hassle at the end of your appointment. I'm so glad I found a dental office like this after my previous dentist retired. Easily the most pleasant and luxurious experience I've had in a dental office. 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our little guy (aged 3) here for his first dental appointment and the staff were absolutely wonderful. He was made to feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment and both the hygienist and dentist showed and explained each one of the tools to him, allowing him to touch them and ask questions and only moving forward when he was ready. As a result, he was able to have a complete check-up and some other procedures done, and was happy and comfortable to be there! The amount of care they put into ensuring he was comfortable and had a positive experience was absolutely wonderful.

And the dental office staff is very accommodating and friendly.
