I have had no previous appointments here.The receptionist invited me to come as a walk in right after lunch. I was seen by Dr. Weisbeck, given a thorough exam and recommended treatment. Very grateful for their kind, professional care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Leblanc was great. Answered all of my questions and gave good advice. Staff very friendly & effecient. Too expensive for me to buy my glasses there, which is sad because I would love to support local business. Highly recommend Dr. Leblanc for eye exams though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just sat in the waiting room with an emergency eye problem for nearly 4 hours. The last hour not one appointment showed up and the place was empty other than a couple people looking at glasses. I asked when I walked in the door if they could help me and was told no problem at all. They failed me as a patient today completely! Only one staff member came to check on me once and said it was not going to be much longer, 2 hours after that I had to leave with my eye still a major problem, I just couldn't wait any longer. What to take from this experience? This place is not equipped or ready to handle eye emergencies or issues, please do not go here for an eye problem go to another clinic or hospital. The irony is the sign posted all over the lobby about cancellations.
I'll add an update as of the same day as the review. After talking with the office manager they convinced me to come back in to be checked out. So I gave them a second chance to make things right, they were pleasant enough this time around and I don't think I need to put any more advice on here as I think they know where the breakdown was in my case. So I've adjusted my review to reflect the effort they put in to make it right.

All the ladies were very friendly and very knowledgeable, will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone that works there is incredibly nice, but no one will admit when they’ve made a mistake.
Went and got my eyes examined, everything was great. Took the prescription they gave me and ordered my glasses online as I always do. The prescription was so far off it made me ill to wear them.
Capital Vision Care re-examined me eyes and the prescription I was first given was not right. They refused to reimburse the cost of glasses saying that it’s not their problem I ordered online.
